Schedule Message Delivery via Phone (Silver and Gold Only) By calling 1-877-994-7678, you can schedule message delivery from a touch tone phone. |
Schedule Message Delivery From the Web (Gold Only) From the CallingPost website, you can schedule the delivery of your message. |
Recurring Messages (Gold Only) Voice messages can be scheduled to be sent once per week, once per month, or annually. |
Recurring Message Reminder (Gold Only) When using the Recurring Message Feature, you will receive a reminder message the day before the message is scheduled to be sent. This reminder allows you to go ahead with the scheduled voice message, to change the voice message message or recipients, or to cancel the voice message. |

Deliver Text-to-Speech Message From the Web (Gold Only) From the CallingPost website, this feature allows you to type your message in the Text-to-Speech area. The CallingPost voice broadcasting service converts the text into speech and saves the voice message in the Message Management area for scheduling from the website. |
Record and Deliver Message From the Web (Gold Only) Using your computer microphone, you can record and save your message as a .WAV file and then schedule its delivery from the CallingPost website. |
Multiple Greeting and Message Management (Gold Only) This feature allows you to use store to ten recorded greetings and ten voice messages. Stored messages are selectable from the website. |
