Function: Customer Care Specialist
Reports to: Customer Care Manager
Employee Type: Full Time Regular
Compensation: $8.50 up to $20.00 per hour commensurate with bonuses.

Job Summary:
This position requires supporting our current customer base with problem resolutions and purchases.
The support effort entails responding to emails and providing direct phone support for problem issues.
Additional, the job requires direct telephone communications with prospective customers.

Education:
High School diploma
|
|
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of the Microsoft application suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Six to nine months experience with customer support along with 1 year experience in direct telephone sales.
The candidate for this position must be energetic and driven for direct phone sales.
Good verbal and written communications are required.
