DESCRIPTION
Company: CallingPost Communications
Location: From your own home or office
Function: Education and Sales to non-profit organizations and businesses
Reports to: Manager of the Associate Program
Employee Type: Independent Contractor, not an employee

Job Summary:
Each Sales Associate is an independent contractor and
is responsible for their own taxes, benefits and business expenses.
The territory is in the 48 States. A successful Sales Associate will be able
to influence administrators for non-profit organizations
and small business owners including network marketing and
multi-level marketing leaders and directors. The Sales Associate
will be comfortable requesting referrals and doing follow-up.
They will be self disciplined to plan their workday and
they will have the patience to find customers
to build up a steady commission income.

Education:
College degree desired but not required for this position.
|
|
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for CallingPost users that are serious about a sales career.
Experience is helpful but not required. The ability to overcome “normal sales
disappointment” and the determination to reach goals are the main requirements
of this position. Basic PC skills and Broadband internet access in order to use
automated sales tools.

License and Certification Requirements:
Sales training will be provided.
|
|
Competency Requirements:
Applicants will be asked to take a sales skills assessment.
