Seniors citizens feel someone truly cares…

Challenge: How to relay important information to a group of people who are not always in attendance when information is posted at a senior citizens center.

Solution: Important messages are now relayed by CallingPost to everyone as a reminder that changes have been made to scheduled events and/or programs.

Benefit: Just receiving the message makes the seniors feel that someone truly cares and they can't say they weren’t aware of program changes because they weren't at the center when the change was posted. Plus, CallingPost comes in handy for important messages on weekends. If the seniors don't understand what’s being said they know to call the director at home to get more details.

"CallingPost is the greatest tool I've come across…While on vacation during the Christmas Holidays and miles and miles away from home, I was able to reach out to the members of our organization to remind them of an important meeting in early January 2006. Thanks to CallingPost, membership participation and organizational activity has increased tremendously!"
