    I would like to commend Karen; She was very courteous, informative and professional. She has a fantastic personality and is very patient. Also, Larry phoned me a moment ago to insure the service I received previously was acceptable. He was also very courteous and professional. Prior to his call I received an e-mail. It is very rare that I find outstanding customer service 3 times in one day.

    Our Elementary School PTO used a chain calling technique to inform our 350 parents of school cancellations due to inclement weather (primarily snow days.) After informing the parents of the ease of using Calling Post for our baseball league, our parents are ecstatic about using Calling Post rather than calling each other at 6:00 in the morning!     The last thing you want is your phone to ring at 6 am on Saturday morning, but if it is informing you that you can sleep a little longer....that makes it okay. Our swim team was preparing for a meet  an hour and a half away which meant an early morning for our family. The hosting team's coach called our coach saying, "The pool was closed due to contamination and they could not get the levels balanced to swim." Callingpost saved the day for our team by calling 125 sets of parents informing them their day had changed and they didn't have to drive so long only to  be told to head back home.
